Apprenticeships via HIRE360 partners:

• Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers District Council Training Center applications are accepted throughout the year, Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Application MUST be submitted in person all year-round applications. If you are interested, contact your case manager.

• Iron Workers Local 63 – Architectural and Ornamental is accepting applications all year-round apply online. If you are interested, contact your case manager.   

• Roofers Local 11 – The Roofers are responsible for installing, maintaining, waterproofing, protecting and coordinating other trades working on rooftops from your local school to the tallest skyscrapers in the city. Apply online anytime! 

• Electricians Local 134 – Construction electricians assemble, install, maintain, and test every aspect of electrical equipment and support componentry, including power distribution, power generation, energy storage, and renewable energy production components. Applications are accepted every Wednesday 9-3 pm at their Alsip location. If you are interested, contact your case manager.   

• IBEW Local 461 – accepting applications WEDNESDAYS ONLY, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through September. You must be a resident of Local 461 ‘s jurisdiction which includes the southern half of Kane County, all of Kendall County, plus Sandwich (including township) in DeKalb County, at the time of application.
